In France in 2022, 486 VINCI Construction employees supported 119 projects and its endowments amounted to approximately €1.5 million. In and around Paris, VINCI is involved in the Chantiers & Territoires Solidaires endowment fund, which sponsors projects in the general interest to foster local economies and support charities in neighbourhoods skirting its Grand Paris Express worksites. In Africa, via the Issa programme – which celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2022 –, Sogea-Satom supports communities through numerous initiatives in various areas (education, health, energy, food self-sufficiency, access to water and local crafts).
In Poland, Warbud and its employees financially support several humanitarian organisations that distribute food, hygiene kits, medicine, medical supplies and first-aid equipment. Warbud also renovated a centre for Ukrainian refugees in Wrocław and its employees recorded an audio storybook written to help integrate thousands of Polish and Ukrainian children attending school together.
